Virg`s in Tooele

Our go to place for breakfast. Large plates, some unique items. Staff is friendly and work hard to keep your coffee full and bring your food out fast. Restaurant is a bit run-down, but they recently replaced the flooring and are slowly renovating. Try the special burrito, but be prepared to share or take half home. ask for has browns crispy or fried.

Food is very good and have been happy every time I've come here. The chicken fried steak sandwich is very good... just add a side of country gravy to add to the sandwich :)

Visited with my dad for lunch. I can tell that those ladies there treat him very well. And talk delicious yes, they have the best ham I've ever tasted!

Just as good as ever,only place I can get a Monte Cristo in town, please relocate, don't let the temple shut you down.

It may not look the fanciest, but it is some of the best food I've ever had in my life. Definitely recommend.

Very good breakfast! I had oatmeal, and it was much better than I expected! Those are eggs I put on it. We tried to get a cup, but they were all sold out.

The food is amazing! Looks a bit rough on the outside but very nice and clean on the inside. Their food options include breakfast, burgers, seafood, and Mexican. They offer both Coke and Pepsi soft drink brands. I tried their shark fish and chips. The fish was well cooked (shark meat tastes like cod and halibut, the other fishes served here) and their fry sauce makes it taste better. Their fries were thick but cooked fresh.

It was a meeting place in the community with good breakfast food. Too bad it is being torn down to build a Mormon temple.

Huge portions, good service but the ham slice with my breakfast was poor quality

I had their french toast, if you like breakfast food their food is very good and they are very hard working yet it’s a fun and laid back environment to be able to relax and enjoy your meal. Staff seriously was great! Price is reasonable.

I love this place, the food is so good and a local tradition. I hope everyone takes the time to stop in try the food and show them love before the church tears thier restaurant down to put up another temple. 22 years at that location, very very sad to lose such a great home town establishment

They are doing really well in regards to social distancing. Girls are wearing their masks, tables are blocked every 6 feet. However, there are a couple of servers that aren't what they used to be. Try to rush us, we had to ask for refills, boxes, ticket...all.in all still good.

Good old fashioned greasy spoon diner. Too bad they are tearing down the original location. Try the breakfast burrito!

It may look rough on the outside but the food here is great and well worth the money and time it takes. The staff is very friendly and they get the food to you quickly and they aren't afraid to crack a few jokes to, which is really refreshing! Would definitely go here again!

I was very disappointed today in their food I took my grandson to have biscuits and gravy cuz they usually have the best and I wanted extra crispy bacon and it's limber than a man with Ed

1st time eating there and we were not impressed to say the least. The waitress was great you could tell that she was passionate about what she does, very caring but the good was aweful.

Great selection. Food is very good. Staff is friendly! If you order the scone and you haven't had one at Virgs before make sure you ask some questions!

This place got our order wrong, we called they said they would fix it and they gave us the wrong thing again. I told them what we actually ordered and they were not willing to fix without us paying again. They also blamed my mom. Is it seriously this hard to provide good customer service... lost my business forever.

Very nice... young gal who helped us, got our food quick and it was great. We live in SLC area and had gone for a ride. Looking for something non chain...so glad we saw VIRG'S !! We like to support the small business's. Thank you

Between the cold coffee, extra long wait, uncooked omelet and banging plates in you're ears it's a safer bet to eat somewhere that serves up covid 19 maybe they'll have experience ..... terrible

I've been going to Virgs for years. They have great home stile cooking I Love. They have a big menu so I never know what I'm going to have from Breakfast to Lunch or Dinner there all delishies. The serving size are more than most people can eat. They have 4 location. I've been in 3 and I thought there all excellent

Extremely busy, waited 45 minutes for egg breakfast, and the hadn't even started it. Others arriving after us were served. They simply forgot our order and would not admit it. Pick somewhere else.

Food was fantastic! Service was fast, and the waitresses were very nice. With a fantastic cost aswell, I will definitely be back.

Food was delicious. Wife had the shark and chips and I had the special burrito. The burrito is huge!

Nice little diner! Stopped in to get a cup of coffee to warm me up, and the service and food were great! The establishment itself could use some care, the seats are duct taped together and the building could use some repair. It's kind of like that old worn sweater full of holes and patches. Not much to look at, but still cozy and comfy!

Very noisy, it felt like i was in an echo chamber.. Quite disappointed in the food. Such a simple order... eggs and hasbrowns.The hasbrowns tasted like frozen store bought and were still cold. The white of my eggs weren't fully cooked either...So sad.

Great food. I had the chicken fried steak dinner. The steak was as long as the plate (non circular plate.) It came with potatoes (I chose mashed with white gravy), veggies, toast and salad or soup. I chose salad. The kiwi lemonade was great. My dad had the Wholly Hog and said it was great. My mom loved the halibut. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.

This place used to be a great place to eat. The amount of food they used to serve compared to what they serve now is pretty sad. I had the outlaw breakfast it was ok not like it used to be. The food really wasnt all that warm and bland and they still charged over 9 bucks, not exactly what i would call getting my money's worth. The best thing about the meal was the toast
